Schedules can include weekends and holidays based on business needs. Schedules can only be changed via a bid process that is awarded based on performance. **Responsibilities** + Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide + Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality + Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations + Provide excellent customer service + Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics + Adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches _Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans_ _\#LI-REMOTE_ **Qualifications** + Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future + Must be at least 18 years old + Must currently reside in one of the following states: + AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY + Must have at least one year of sales experience + Must have a minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer + Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home + Working from home is not designed or intended to be a replacement for appropriate adult or child dependent care + Must be able to attend virtual mandatory 4-week training and the network login day for up to 6 hours the Friday before the training begins + Must understand and accept the schedule policy: Individual schedules that will be offered for the position are full-time, 40 hour per week schedules that are 8-hour shifts between the operating hours of 7 AM - 10 PM CST. Schedules can include weekends and holidays based on business needs. Schedules can only be changed via a bid process that is awarded based on performance.
