Job Overview:
As an IT Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing our clients' IT systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing technology solutions that align with their business goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure the successful execution of technology strategies.
Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' IT systems, processes, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present tailored IT solutions and strategies that align with the client's business objectives and technological needs..
- Lead and manage the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and minimal disruption to client operations.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on emerging technologies and industry best practices to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Facilitate training and workshops for clients' teams to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new technologies.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all IT-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.
Base On:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, and how they can be applied to drive business success.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and advise senior executives and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Cisco) are preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical BI Developer to join our firm. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making processes for our clients. You will work closely with the company’s director to understand their client’s data analysis needs and translate these into actionable BI strategies and reports.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, reports, and data visualisations, to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain database models, data marts, and data processing pipelines to ensure efficient data delivery for reporting purposes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and standards.
- Stay updated on the latest BI technologies and tools, recommending improvements to existing practices to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the seamless integration of BI solutions into business processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful BI projects.
- Proficiency in BI tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Data Warehousing).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
